This policy applies to IPC Network seminars, workshops, coaching, memberships, courses, events and digital training purchased from Grateful World Ventures (OPC) Private Limited through ipcnetwork.in or an authorised Razorpay payment link.
Cancellation requests
Email abdlhans@gmail.com with the purchaser name, registered email or phone number, program name, payment date and Razorpay payment or order ID. Requests made only through social media are not formal cancellation requests.
Refund eligibility
Unless a specific offer states otherwise, cancellation may be requested within 7 calendar days of purchase and before any substantial part of the service has been accessed or attended. Refunds are not available after a live session, workshop or event has begun; after recordings, course material, templates, private groups or member resources have been accessed; for no-shows; or where the service has already been delivered or substantially performed. Approved partial refunds may be reduced by the value already supplied and non-recoverable third-party charges.
Rescheduling and cancellation by us
Where practical, we may offer a one-time transfer to a later batch if requested at least 48 hours before a live session. If we cancel a paid program and do not provide a reasonable rescheduled date or equivalent service, the customer may choose a full refund for the cancelled service or credit toward another program.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method. Razorpay and the customer bank or payment network control the final credit timeline. Refunds commonly appear within 5–10 working days after initiation but may take longer. Retain the refund ID, ARN, RRN or UTR for tracking. Online payments will not be refunded in cash or to an alternate account.
Duplicate or incorrect payments
Contact us promptly with the relevant transaction IDs. After verification, any approved excess amount will be returned to the original payment method.
