Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern use of ipcnetwork.in and purchases of IPC Network seminars, coaching, consulting, courses, memberships, workshops, events and digital resources offered by Grateful World Ventures (OPC) Private Limited. By using the site or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms and any program-specific terms displayed at checkout.

Eligibility and information

You must be legally capable of entering a contract. A minor may participate only through a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate contact, billing and enrolment information.

Services and delivery

Program scope, duration, schedules, inclusions and pricing appear on the applicable offer or checkout page. Delivery may use live online sessions, recorded content, in-person events, email, messaging groups or third-party learning platforms. We may make reasonable changes to trainers, schedules, curriculum or delivery method while preserving the overall purpose.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise and taxes are shown where applicable. Razorpay or another authorised provider may process payments. Enrolment is confirmed only after successful payment and required verification. We may correct obvious pricing or description errors and offer cancellation where a correction materially affects an order.

Participant responsibilities

You are responsible for suitable internet access, devices and attendance. Account access, links, recordings and course materials are personal to the registered participant and must not be shared, recorded, resold or distributed. Disruptive, abusive, unlawful or unauthorised conduct may result in suspension.

Intellectual property

Website and program materials, frameworks, recordings, designs, text and graphics are owned by or licensed to us. Purchase grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable learning licence. Content may not be copied, republished, sold, publicly performed or used to create competing material without written permission.

No guaranteed results

Training provides education and guidance. Business, revenue, lead-generation and other outcomes depend on individual circumstances, effort, decisions and market conditions and are not guaranteed. Content is not legal, tax, investment or financial advice.

Refunds and termination

Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, misuse, unlawful activity, unauthorised sharing or material breach.

Liability and force majeure

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Aggregate liability for a paid service will not exceed the amount paid for that service. Nothing limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited. We are not liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control and will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide an alternative.

Governing law and contact

Indian law governs these terms. The parties will first try to resolve disputes in good faith by emailing abdlhans@gmail.com. Subject to applicable consumer law, courts in Delhi, India have jurisdiction.
